A Journey from Passion to Profession
Phil's story began in the most humble of places: the homebrew kitchen. Fueled by a fascination with 80s cult classics and the quintessential Canadiana spirit captured in Strange Brew, his passion for brewing ignited. Inspired by the community of homebrewers, beer enthusiasts, and beer historians online, Phil took his first leap into crafting unique brews.
In 2012, Phil earned a spot in the second graduating class of the prestigious Niagara College Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program. This formal education refined his craft, adding science and discipline to his creative foundation.
